The prices are quoted per car and per transfer type.
The vehicle provided for the transfer shall be exactly as booked for and seat the exact number of persons booked for. It is important to get to pick up points at a reasonable time in advance.
It advised to be at the pick-up location at least 10-15 minutes before the agreed time.
Barring any delays in flight schedule, driver will wait for guest for a maximum 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time.
After such a waiting period, driver may return after all efforts to reach the guest have been futile.
Driver will wait at the arrival hall of the airport with placards bearing the name of the lead guest. Guest shall be required to present an identification card for verification.
Limitations Of Liability
www.travelafric.com and its supplies will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control.
Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Privacy
All information obtained to make your reservation is held in strictest confidence.
We do not make names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, or any other personal information available to any companies or individuals except for those that are directly involved in the delivery of the services that you have requested.
Passenger Safety
The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, all drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the driver's judgment, is unruly, disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or anyone on board.
Lost Items
Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items.
Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each passenger since many bags look alike.
Upon reaching your destination, please check to see that you have retrieved all your belongings, and that each bag, briefcase, computer, etc. Is, indeed, yours.
Gratuities
All pick-ups and drop-offs do not include a gratuity. Tipping is allowed and is much appreciated by our drivers.
Refund Policy
Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time

Note: We will request payment of Deductible ou Excess in case of any accident or incident.
All pick up and drop off in the city and airport are free from charge. Except pick up and drop off between 5 pm - 7 am
Important:
- Once the purchase is made, indicate us in the observations field, where you prefer to pick up your car.
- You can use any Valid Driver License in São Tomé and Principe.
- As there are not several units of the same vehicle, our team can provide one from a different brand, but in similar conditions.
All bookings require prepayment. Your credit card will be charge with the full amount at the time you make your reservation. All bookings can be cancelled no more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to pick-up are not refundable.
